WHO WE ARE
Tap Help ("Tap Help", "we", "us") is a product of Dandachli, LLC. This privacy policy has been prepared to clarify how we gather, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, as well as your messaging data and is part of the Terms of Service of your use of the Tap Help mobile application and TapHelp.me website (the Service).

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information You Give Us
By downloading and enabling the Application, you are authorizing Dandachli, LLC to access and store all of the foregoing types of information: name, phone number, and location (such as via mobile GPS). You may also be able to provide additional information, such an emergency contact person (such as your spouse). In addition, we may automatically receive and store certain, anonymous types of information whenever you interact with the Application. Such information may include the user's IP address, domain server and mobile device identifiers. This information helps us, among other things, analyze trends and administer the Application. This information is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable data.

Information Collected on TapHelp.me
When you visit our website, some information is automatically collected, such as your computer's operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our site.

Cookies. We may automatically collect information using "cookies." Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website.
